File and Data Organizaion
I restructured the filing system at Slocum & Sons for easier navigation and smoother process of design work. I also created an archive and tracking system via Excel for easier access to request information, increased transparency of work, and data tracking.

Standardization of Work
I find the best step in optimizing workflow is standardizing the work. I've written staff manuals, design guides, brand kits, and more. Through standardization you create a smoother basis for your work by reducing confusion and putting the focus on innovation.

Reducing Redundancy
Both file organization and standardizations of workflow help to reduce redundancy, but I find the biggest tool in accomplishing both of these is through app development to automate redundant processes. I have accomplished this through VBA coding of Excel Macros to create electronic invoicing, and I have coded and designed apps through Microsoft PowerApps and similar database app development software.
